/ Control Pillars

Four Standards.
No Exceptions.

/ Q—01

Material
Consistency.

Every lot is verified against a master reference. Diameter, roundness, melt flow, and color delta are documented at the spool level — not the batch level.

/ Q—02

Process
Discipline.

Closed-loop extrusion. Real-time diameter correction. Controlled tension winding. The process is engineered to remove variation, not to chase it.

/ Q—03

Packaging
Integrity.

Vacuum-sealed barrier bags. Desiccant included. Spool labeled with material, color, diameter, weight, and lot ID. The package is part of the product.

/ Q—04

Product
Trust.

Every spool is traceable to a production lot, a QC pass, and an archived sample. If something is wrong, ProGrade can find it. And we will.

/ Process Chain

From Pellet
to Spool.

01

Pellet Inspection

Each resin shipment is verified for melt index, moisture content, and purity. Off-spec material is rejected at intake.

02

Compounding

Pigment masterbatch is blended to formula. Reference samples are pulled and verified against the archive standard before extrusion begins.

03

Extrusion

Filament is extruded under laser diameter control with active closed-loop correction. Process parameters are logged continuously.

04

Winding

Spools are wound under controlled tension with precise layer indexing. Each spool is weight-verified before sealing.

05

Sample Print

Test samples are pulled from the lot, printed, and inspected. Surface, dimensional, and mechanical performance are documented.

06

Seal & Label

Spools are vacuum-packed with desiccant. Labels are applied with material, color, diameter, weight, lot, and QC sign-off.

07

Archive

A reference sample from each lot is archived. The full QC record is retained against the lot ID for traceability.
